Line Cook
The Line Cook is responsible for all aspects of their assigned cooking station -- sets up and stocks product, cooks and presents dishes as well as cleans, sanitizes and maintains equipment, utensils and tools.
Requirements and Working Conditions:
- One year experience as a Line Cook or prep cook preferred.
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Basic English reading and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation. Must work nights and weekends.

Currently operating 3 reception venues, 6 fine dining restaurants, and an off-premises catering business. Our goal is to continually provide the highest level of customer service in creating the perfect evening, from a dinner for two or a wedding for over 500 people and of course, everything in-between. We pride ourselves on sourcing the highest quality ingredients, chefs, event planners and service staff. This ensures we exceed all of our customers needs and expectations in delivering unforgettable memories.
