We are looking for a Product Lead to own our Predictive Platform—the foundational engine that powers our entire intelligence layer and defines how the world's leading B2B brands identify their next customers. This is a Player/Coach role. You will be the primary driver of our core predictive foundation and cross-model initiatives while simultaneously serving as the people manager and program leader for a specialized pod of Product Managers. You will oversee the roadmap for how we train, measure, and scale the models that power everything from Fit and Intent to Engagement and Triage. We’re the single canvas for your entire GTM strategy. Your Impact As Product Lead, Predictive Platform, you will: - Lead and Scale a Specialized Pod. Act as a formal people manager for a pod of Product Managers focused on specialized modeling and intelligence initiatives. You will be responsible for their growth, performance, and alignment with the broader intelligence strategy. - Own the Core Predictive Foundation. Personally drive the strategy for our core models. You will define the roadmap for how these models are consumed by downstream applications across the entire 6sense ecosystem. - Drive Cross-Model Initiatives. Establish the global standards and methodologies for ongoing model training, feedback loops, and accuracy measurement to ensure our predictions remain the industry benchmark. - Maximize Model Leverage. Enforce a "build once, use everywhere" philosophy, ensuring that platform engines provide maximum value to all surface apps and specialized use cases. - Be a Strategic Partner to Leadership. Partner directly with the Head of Intelligence Product to align the predictive roadmap with company strategy, surfacing model risks early and identifying opportunities for portfolio tradeoffs.
