Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient experience.

Assignment Details

• Shift Days: Monday through Friday.
• Support includes PT Tech/Aide with 2 patients per hour.
