Job Description
The Physical Therapist Assistant will work in a 25-bed critical access hospital, providing care to both inpatients and outpatients within a dynamic healthcare environment. Responsibilities will include assisting with evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions, adhering to the highest standards of patient care.
Responsibilities
Assist in evaluating and developing treatment plans for patients.
Implement therapy interventions as directed by licensed physical therapists.
Monitor patient progress and document outcomes in accordance with established protocols.
Educate patients and their families about exercises and therapeutic techniques.
Comply with all health and safety regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Associate degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Current Physical Therapy Assistant license to practice in Texas.
Current BCLS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintain current status.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient or acute care setting.
