Closet Factory, a family-owned and operated business with over 30 years in the Seattle area, is looking for a motivated and reliable Installer Helper/Apprentice to join our team. This is your opportunity to be fully trained by experienced professionals in the craft of installing high-quality custom closet and storage systems.

What You'll Be Doing (and Learning):
- Assisting our skilled Installers with on-site installations of custom closet and storage systems.
- Learning proper installation techniques, tool usage, and client interaction.
- Loading, unloading, and safely carrying materials (up to 50 pounds) to the job site.
- Preparing the work area and maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including tools and the company vehicle.
- Adhering to all safety standards and using required protective gear.

- Are reliable, punctual, and have respect for themselves, coworkers, and clients' homes.
- Possess basic problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Are willing to learn and follow instructions from experienced installers.
- Can safely handle and transport material up to 50 pounds.
- Can reliably commute or relocate to Bothell, WA 98011 before starting work.
- Must be able to pass a background check and possess a valid Driver's License (Preferred).
