Food Service Assistant II (Grill Cook)

Work Schedule: 100% FTE, every other weekend 5:30am-2:00pm, weekdays 7:30am 4:00pm, you will work the 5:30am shift 1 -2 days during the week also. Qualifications Work Experience * At least 2 years food preparation experience in a high volume food service environment. Required Licenses & Certifications * Must have current State of Illinois Food Sanitation certification or obtain within 6 months of hire. Required * If no valid license is in place prior to hire, Serve Safe Food Handler certification required to be completed within 30 days of hire.
