Compensation: $65,000–$75,000/year
Job Summary
Our Company is hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support recruitment marketing initiatives, strengthen employer branding, and boost candidate engagement across digital channels.
Responsibilities
● Execute and optimize digital campaigns attracting qualified candidates
● Manage digital advertising, email workflows, and website updates
● Run CRM-based recruitment marketing campaigns
● Balance creative and analytical thinking to improve performance
Preferred
● SEO and AI-powered SEO tools experience
● Marketing automation/CRM familiarity (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
● Advanced audience segmentation knowledge
Qualifications
● Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field
●0–1 year in digital marketing, recruitment marketing, or online advertising
● Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
● CMS familiarity
● Strong written and verbal communication
● Analytical, detail-oriented, and metrics-driven
● Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or Figma
● Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
