Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Assignment

Location: Arroyo Grande, California

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8-hour days, 5 days per week

Job Description: Join a dedicated team of rehabilitation professionals in a beautiful coastal community. This travel assignment offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, providing quality care to patients while enjoying the idyllic surroundings of California's Central Coast.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Document all patient interactions and updates in accordance with facility policies

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure: Minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy required. Candidates must hold a valid PT license applicable to the state of practice.
