Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room

The Registered Nurse works collaboratively with the healthcare team to plan and implement patient and family education. This role is responsible for assessing patient needs, initiating appropriate interventions, and ensuring high-quality nursing practices.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited School of Nursing or an Associate's degree.
• Current Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse).
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• 18 months of experience as a Registered Nurse.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification as a Nurse in the Operating Room (CNOR).
• One year of circulating experience.
• One year of scrub experience.

Stroke Competency

• Comply with hospital protocols related to the care of patients with hyperacute and acute stroke.
• Participate in initial cerebrovascular disease (stroke) education within one year of hire.
• Engage in annual cerebrovascular disease (stroke) education.

Shift Information

This position requires flexibility to cover various shifts as needed, including holiday coverage.
