Job Summary The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following: Provide comprehensive care to patients in the School Based Health Center. Conduct physical examinations and assess patients' medical history. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work and imaging studies. Prescribe medications and other treatments. Utilize evidence-based practice guidelines to provide high-quality care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. Other duties as assigned. Education Requirements Graduate of an accredited Program. Active Washington State License.
