Export and Non- Retail Operations Analyst

Overview Our client, a leading organization in the automotive and logistics industry, is seeking a dedicated Export and Non-Retail Operations Analyst to join their dynamic team. As an Export and Non-Retail Operations Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Operations Support team, contributing to the seamless execution of export and non-retail activities. Location: Warren, MI Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for assigned export accounts, coordinating daily interactions with subsidiaries, logistics, suppliers, and dealers in export markets. Track and manage all export orders from entry to delivery, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order-related issues, including order rejects, changes, and cancellations. Prepare and review documentation such as invoices, and coordinate logistics and financial transactions with relevant teams. Support non-retail forecasting, planning, and scheduling activities, providing data-driven insights to optimize operations. Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with GM systems such as VOMS, POMS, VTIMS, and Vlogistics.
