Radiologic Technologist - Interventional Radiology
Schedule: 10-hour Day Shift: 4 days a week, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM; required to work every Wednesday.
Assignment Details: Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Requirements: Current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist Currently registered as R.T.(R)(ARRT) BLS certification required Minimum of 2 years experience in Interventional Radiology in a mid to large facility Proficient in A-grams, AV fistulograms, ports, PICC lines, HD caths, kyphoplasty, biopsies (U/S and CT), drainages (paracentesis/thoracentesis), lumbar punctures, myelograms, steroid injections (joint and back), IVC filters (placement and removal), and Baker cyst aspirations
Roles & Responsibilities: Perform a variety of interventional radiology procedures, including scrubbing and circulating Operate imaging equipment and assist with patient management Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures Maintain proper documentation of procedures and patient records Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
Compliance / Notes: Travel experience required Call hours are Monday to Friday from 6 PM to 11 PM, and weekends from 7 AM to 11 AM Flexible on the day off, but must be present every Wednesday
