Assistant Manager in Training — Path to General Manager

Panera Bread is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a bakery-café team and support the General Manager in operations, guest experience, and profitability. You will coach, develop, and supervise staff while maintaining Panera’s standards of excellence and safety. Ideal candidates bring 1-2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or retail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to growth.
