Job Details Responsibilities: Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents Assist with probate and estate administration matters Handle client communications as needed Make occasional court appearances when required Collaborate with other professionals such as accountants, financial advisors, and insurance agents to ensure a comprehensive estate plan. Keep up-to-date with current laws and regulations related to estate planning and administration to provide accurate advice to clients. Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards of the legal profession. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning and administration. Licensed to practice law in IL. Exceptional knowledge of laws and regulations related to estate planning and administration. Proven experience in drafting and reviewing estate planning documents. Probate experience preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex estate planning issues. Ability to work independently. Proficiency in legal research tools and software. High ethical standards and professionalism, with a commitment to client confidentiality.
