Providing marina dock oriented services, primarily transportation of persons and property in a courteous and professional manner using motorized vehicles. Concierge services of delivering messages, providing information and other company services or amenities to the public. Additional duties include loss prevention care-taking: cleaning properties on-site of trash, debris, spills and other potential hazards or related concerns. Furthermore, promote safety, training and teamwork in accomplishing tasks with proper use and coordination of appropriate tools, equipment, supplies and personnel. Other shift-work duties as assigned in a team oriented structured environment with a diverse atmosphere of staff, customers and other administration./ppstrongEssential Functions Duties/strong/pulliTransportation of guests, visitors, employees and/or products with the use of motorized service vehicles./liliLoading and unloading of persons, properties and/or products./liliOperate vehicles safely and responsibly./liliOrganize and file daily paperwork regarding vehicles, incident reports and daily drive logs./liliCleaning, general housekeeping of office buildings, property grounds, and removal of trash debris throughout property and on dock./liliProvide fueling, propane assistance, and other concierge services./liliObserve and report any unusual activities, including documenting occurrences./liliAssist Security with interdepartmental procedures and transports./liliEffectively provide historical, geographical and cultural information to guests and visitors./liliPossess the ability to react productively to other duties as reasonably assigned./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pstrongQualifications/strong/ppMinimum of eighteen (18) years of age with a valid drivers license and clean driving record. Ability to demonstrate communication skills and good interactive skills with guests. Preferred previous experience as valet attendant or cart attendant. Ability to lift over 25lbs and carry luggage, stand for long periods of time. Possess reliable transportation./ppstrongEducation/strong/ppHigh School Diploma or GED preferred. Climbing, crouching, reaching, extending and other bodily movements in work areas such as boats, office settings, docks./ppEnglish Proficiency/ppIt is important that the incumbent be able to communicate effectively in English including speaking, understanding, reading, and writing for the purpose of general interactions with staff, guests and customers.
