Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Day shift

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $40 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement therapeutic interventions following the OT plan of care
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist patients and families with education to support independence
• Communicate patient status and progress to the supervising OT
• Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active state COTA license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong teamwork and patient care skills

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

• Occupational therapy principles and interventions
• Patient care and documentation
• Clear communication with patients, families, and team members
• Knowledge of safety, infection control, and compliance standards
