Our team sees infants, children, and adolescents with common urological conditions such as hydronephrosis, urinary reflux, undescended testicles, kidney stones, hypospadias, and urinary incontinence. We also offer deep expertise and a multispecialty approach to more complex urological conditions including bladder exstrophy, epispadias, spina bifida, cloacal anomalies, and genitourinary cancers. Key responsibilities:

• Develops and implements programs for the Department of Patient Services which are congruent with the philosophy and goals of the department and the mission and values of Children's Hospital.
• Provides visionary leadership to individuals and interdisciplinary teams, which ultimately serve to advantage patients and families.
• Collaborates with senior leadership, management, and physician colleagues to achieve programmatic goals.
• Develops, implements and evaluates strategic interdisciplinary programs which are consistent with the mission, values and goals of Children's Hospital.
• Complies with regulatory compliance with standards, laws and requirements of requisite agencies with appropriate systems/processes.
• Leads individuals and work groups to continuously improve performance by creating an environment that ensures application of quality principles and techniques to achieve desired outcomes.
• Provides leadership for the development of and/or participation in studies, research, publications and public presentations.
• Maintains professional liaison with area schools and universities.

Minimum qualifications:

• Education: BSN Masters degree in Nursing
• Experience: 8 plus years RN experience with at least 5 years of progressive nursing leadership in a supervisory or nurse leader role.
• License/Certification: Current nursing certification in a specialty. Must obtain NE-BC certification within 2 years of hire.

Status: Full-Time

Standard Hours per Week: 40

Pay Range: $158017.60-$252834.40 Annual
