Finance Manager Responsibilities Execute the dealership F&I sales process ensuring full compliance and disclosure. Drive profitability through the sale of finance products, service contracts, and protection plans. Partner with dealership leadership to meet and exceed F&I performance goals. Maintain strong relationships with lenders, manufacturers, and financial institutions. Deliver a transparent, customer‑focused financing experience. Complete all retail documentation accurately and efficiently. Finance Manager Qualifications Previous Automotive F&I experience required (2+ years preferred). Strong knowledge of automotive lending and compliance standards. Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (IGNITE), RouteOne, and eLeads preferred. Proven ability to influence sales teams and drive profitability. Strong organizational, communication, and mathematical skills. Proficiency with MS Office and dealership systems.
