Physical Therapist

Position: Physical Therapist Salary Range: $44.15-$47.06 per hour Schedule: 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday (no weekend rotation) Experience: No new graduates accepted We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as a P-Physical Therapist. In this role, you will work with patients of all ages and backgrounds to help them improve their physical health and mobility. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and medical history Use a variety of techniques to help patients improve their strength, range of motion, and overall physical function Educate patients on proper exercises and techniques to continue their progress at home Monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals involved in patient care Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time-management skillsCompassionate and patient-focused approach to care #J-18808-Ljbffr Trinity Healthcare Talent Services
