Senior Maintenance Team Leader

Location: Eagle's Trace by Erickson Senior Living Join our team as a Senior Maintenance Mechanic, where you'll efficiently troubleshoot and repair apartments and public areas. You will train staff on maintenance techniques, oversee the condition of your assigned neighborhood, and serve as a technical resource for the team, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our residents. Compensation: Starting at $28.50, based on experience What we offer Medical, dental and vision packages, including an annual reimbursement for qualified wellness expenses, personal health coaching and telemedicine options PTO plans, plus company paid volunteer hours for eligible team members, in accordance with applicable state law 401(k) for all team members 18 and over with a company 3% match Onsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all team members over 18 years of age 30% discount on food and drinks at on‑site dining venues, plus additional healthy choice meal options at discounted prices How you will make an impact Perform necessary maintenance of HVAC equipment as assigned Perform all necessary scheduled preventive maintenance procedures on designated equipment while following manufacturer’s recommendations Respond to emergency calls for system and equipment failure Serve as the lead mechanic in assigned area(s) and be responsible for the overall condition of the neighborhood(s) What you will need Minimum of 5 years of experience in a residential apartment complex, construction, or commercial building maintenance Working knowledge of residential building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, flooring, and appliances Working knowledge of HVAC Expected to work a reasonable amount of scheduled and “on-call” overtime as necessary Ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds Current EPA certification to handle refrigerants.
