Account Executive

Requisition Details Requisition ID: 929486 Store #: E01327 Selling - District 85 FIELD Position: Full-Time Total Rewards: Benefits/Incentive Information Job Overview EssilorLuxottica is a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames, and sunglasses. The role is an Account Executive within Essilor Labs of America (ELOA), responsible for sales performance, customer relations, and growing sales volume for Essilor branded products in the assigned territory. Responsibilities Partner with Specialists to drive Essilor branded growth, training opportunities, influence with current initiatives. Develop existing accounts (75%) and acquire new accounts via territory prospecting (25%). Review cycle plan, market conditions, Essilor KPI expectations and customer needs with District Sales Manager to plan territory sales strategy and refine call schedules. Build and implement a strategy for all accounts and create in-depth strategy for key accounts. Partner with lab personnel to identify and understand account opportunities and adjust call schedules and business plans accordingly. Utilize Brand Sales strategy to develop trusted partnerships with ECPS to grow both branded product sales and overall business. Determine customer needs and position Essilor's premium branded products and Customer Development Group programs and services to meet those needs. Use analytical tools and software applications to manage Territory accounts (SFDC, Rx Analysis, Profit Analyzer, Price-File Maintenance). Apply a consultative selling approach to drive immediate sales and establish long-term business partnerships. Review territory plans regularly. Vary professional selling approach based on segmentation, audience and ECPs' business approach. Conduct highly effective account seminars for large and small audiences. Anticipate and address customer needs and issues proactively, resolve issues promptly, and build stronger relationships. Partner with lab when addressing customer needs while maintaining a professional Essilor image. Qualifications Demonstrated sales results with 3 to 5 years of sales experience. Strong interpersonal communication skills, flexibility, adaptability, and ability to provide personal contributions while also supporting overall team success. Proficient computer skills. Strong presentation skills. Customer service orientation required; customer service experience and/or client relations strongly preferred. Must be able to travel overnight approximately 50% of the time. Bachelor's degree preferred. Benefits Pay will be determined by geography, experience, qualifications, and local minimum wage requirements. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may be offered, complemented by a first‑class total rewards package.
