Weekly Gross Pay: $1,100.00 .(subject to completion of scheduled hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks (will consider 8 or 13 weeks)
• Shift: 12hr Days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday - set schedule!)
• Expected Hours: 36 hours per week
• $1,100/week for just 36 hours - great pay, great balance!
• Weekend warrior schedule - Friday-Saturday-Sunday, 12hr days = 4 days off every week!
• SNF / Long-Term Care setting - make a meaningful difference in patients' lives every day
• Beautiful Colorado location - Walsenburg is nestled in the scenic foothills of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in SNF / Long-Term Care
• Current CNA certification required
• Active Colorado CNA license required
• Prior travel experience required
• Committed candidates only - no cancellations!
• No local candidates within 60 miles
• Please ensure housing is vetted out prior to submitting
• Locals are NOT accepted - must be 60+ miles away
