About the Role We are seeking a dynamic, guest‑focused Floor Manager who leads from the front. This role is responsible for maintaining an active presence on the floor, ensuring operational excellence, and creating a culture where both guests and team members thrive. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, natural coach, and decisive leader who can balance hospitality with accountability in a fast‑paced environment.
