Nestled between Germantown, Boyds, Clarksburg, Gaithersburg, and Frederick our team has served as a trusted resource for pet owners for over 28 years. Many of our staff members have been employed with us for over 12+ years. Job Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome as soon as they arrive at the clinic.
- Appointment Coordination: Efficiently manage appointment scheduling and reminders ensuring our clinic runs smoothly.
- Communication: Answer phone calls emails texts and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information regarding services and appointment availability.
- Administrative Support: Assist our veterinary team with electronic medical records invoicing/payment processing and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with veterinary staff to coordinate appointments follow-ups and patient care instructions. Assist veterinary staff with administrative tasks as needed.
- Client Education: Provide basic information to clients regarding preventive care medications and treatment plans as directed by our team of veterinarians.
Experience:
- Veterinary Medicine: 2 years Required
Ability to Commute:
