The ideal candidate will possess an active California nursing license and have expertise using the Rehab Optima (NetHealth) computer system. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. Utilize the Rehab Optima (NetHealth) system for patient assessments and documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans. Monitor patient status and adjust care plans as needed. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
