Laboratory Manager - ASCP Required

We seek an experienced Laboratory Manager to oversee operations in our hospital laboratory. This role is essential in ensuring efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of accurate diagnostic services. Position Responsibilities

• Supervise daily laboratory operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead and support a team of laboratory professionals, fostering collaboration and professional development.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards ( CLIA, CAP, OSHA ).
• Assist in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Work closely with healthcare providers to address diagnostic needs and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, or related field ( master's degree preferred ).
• ASCP or equivalent certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of laboratory leadership experience.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with knowledge of regulatory requirements.
