Essential Duties And Responsibilities Analysis and testing of software applications for a variety of systems. Develop Software Tools that aid in hardware development and hardware validation. Deriving, validating, and verifying customer and operationally driven system requirements. Develop automated and human assisted unit and system level tests to exercise critical aspects of the system. Document and communicate highly technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and effective manner. Required Skills and Qualifications Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. Experience with software development lifecycle and use of associated tools (e.g., git and Jira). Experience with the full software testing lifecycle, including test planning, execution, debugging, and documentation. Proficient in Python and other scripting languages. Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills. Good organization, decision making, and verbal and written communication skills. High level of self-initiative and self-motivation with the ability to work under minimal supervision. Ability to work effectively in small team settings to solve complex problems. Preferred Skills and Qualifications Experience with continuous integration environments (e.g., Gitlab CI). Experience with automated test and deployment frameworks (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible). Experience with applying security concepts (authentication, authorization, encryption, integrity, and non-repudiation).
