You’ll oversee all aspects of project execution, from planning and installation to safety and mentoring. Key Responsibilities Supervise, mentor, and train a crew of electricians and apprentices Ensure safety compliance and enforce best practices on job sites Plan, lay out, and oversee installation of electrical systems per specs Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawingsTrack progress using Procore and collaborate using Bluebeam Maintain strong communication with Superintendents and General Contractors Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with the NEC and job standards Promote a safety-first culture aligned with OSHA standards Minimum Requirements 10+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience 2+ years of supervisory experience leading crews High school diploma or GED Ability to pass a drug screen Two (2) professional references Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Own and provide basic personal tools of the trade Preferred Qualifications Graduate of a certified apprenticeship or trade program Relevant credentials (e.g., OSHA-10, Journeyman License, etc.) Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, and job tracking tools Referral from a current Fountain Services employee (optional) Portfolio We deliver some of the highest-value and most complex electrical projects in the region.
