About the RoleAs a Technical Recruiter for our Product team, you will work across multiple groups: Product Management, Commercial Operations & Pricing, and Global Professional Services. Operating within our decentralized recruiting model, you will embed directly into the organization to build collaborative partnerships with hiring managers, executives, and individual contributors. Because you are immersed in the team, you will develop a nuanced understanding of its dynamics and master the competitive landscape. You will leverage this specialized expertise to drive proactive sourcing strategies and recruit for a diverse range of critical positions across the organization.We are committed to a thriving in-office culture. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity.
