Sales Associate STRIDE Fitness Aurora Location: 6290 S Main St, Suite M-102, Aurora, CO Job Type: Part-Time, 20 to 30 hours per week Availability: Must include at least one weekend day and early mornings (as early as 5:30 AM) Compensation: $18 per hour base pay + uncapped commission About STRIDE Fitness STRIDE Fitness delivers the ultimate full-body cardio and strength experience that hits hard and moves fast. About the Role As a Sales Associate at STRIDE Aurora, you are the first impression of the studio. This is a high-energy, front-facing role focused on growing memberships and creating lasting connections. You'll engage with prospects, deliver an exceptional experience, and help expand our community of motivated walkers, joggers, and runners. Key Responsibilities Sales and Membership Growth Make 50+ outbound calls daily to warm leads and past inquiries Conduct studio tours that highlight our brand and culture Present and sell memberships and class packages with confidence Handle objections professionally and empathetically Upsell retail products and services to enhance the member experience Client Experience and Operations Greet and assist clients with check-ins, bookings, and questions Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment Support daily operations and collaborate with the coaching team Use CRM systems such as ClubReady to manage leads and follow-ups Marketing and Community Engagement Participate in referral programs, studio promotions, and local events Contribute to grassroots marketing campaigns that drive awareness Represent STRIDE as a brand ambassador inside and outside the studio Qualifications 1+ year of experience in fitness, wellness, spa, or membership-based sales Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls and achieving sales goals Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, tech-savvy, and goal-driven Passionate about fitness, wellness, and community engagement Able to work early mornings (as early as 5:30 AM) and at least one weekend day What We Offer $18 per hour base pay + uncapped commission and bonus opportunities Complimentary STRIDE Fitness membership Discounts on retail and events Career growth and advancement opportunities within the brand A supportive, energetic, and mission-driven team culture Apply Today We're actively hiring motivated sales professionals who want to grow their careers in the fitness industry.
