Board: Board Certified required

Experience: Rehabilitation/PM&R experience required

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive inpatient rehabilitative care to patients in a hospital setting.
Manage a patient caseload of approximately 10 patients per day.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
Conduct patient assessments, medical management, and coordinate care.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
