Cybersecurity Analyst

Position Summary Cybersecurity Analyst Miami, FL | Hybrid Job Description Help protect critical systems and data by monitoring threats, analyzing risks, and strengthening our security posture. You'll work with cross-functional teams to detect, respond to, and mitigate security incidents that support our mission and the agencies we serve. Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyze security alerts and incidents using SIEM and other security tools. Conduct threat analysis and vulnerability assessments. Support incident response activities and root cause analysis. Maintain and enhance security documentation, policies, and procedures. Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement security controls and best practices. Stay current on emerging threats, tools, and industry trends. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field. 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity or related role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel) and vulnerability management. Knowledge of security frameworks and best practices (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.).
