Packer Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Count and verify the correct number of products per bundle for each order.
• Operate shrink wrap machines to secure products.
• Conduct quality inspections of poly-wrapped bundles.
• Build boxes and pack bundles into boxes in an organized manner.
• Run full boxes through automatic taping machines.
• Review daily job plans to understand product specifications, destination, and production targets.

Packer Requirements:

• Proven work history with several years of solid experience, detailed on a comprehensive resume.
• Accurate math and reading comprehension skills.
• Punctuality and attendance are critical, with a strict 3-strike policy.
• Team-oriented with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. repetitively throughout an 8- to 12-hour shift.
• Repetitive reaching, bending, lifting, and hand/wrist/shoulder motions.
• Prolonged standing during entire shifts.
