About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial operations. The CFO will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for directing all financial activities, including reporting, planning, supervision, and investments. This senior leader will play a pivotal role in guiding the organization toward growth and expansion, with a focus on providing successful growth strategies. The role involves overseeing the preparation and filing of financial statements, business activity reports, and annual budgets, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The CFO will also be involved in supervising financial staff, maintaining knowledge of accounting standards, and conducting audits to ensure the integrity of financial transactions. The ideal candidate for the CFO position at the company is a dynamic and innovative individual with a Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting (Master's degree preferred) and a CPA designation. A minimum of 7 years' related experience is required, along with proficiency in PC software and excellent attention to detail. The CFO should have strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a proven track record in resolving complex financial problems. Responsibilities also include developing internal control policies, leading staff training in financial management, and evaluating the organization's financial needs for procurement and investment.
