Account Executive

KSG is proud to support a rapidly growing healthcare technology organization is seeking a high-performing sales professional to drive strategic growth across major cancer centers, academic institutions, and large oncology networks throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. This role combines complex diagnostics sales, executive relationship management, and innovative technology solutions designed to improve patient outcomes. Candidate location Northern Virginia / Washington DC metro area Key Responsibilities Develop and expand partnerships with leading oncology practices, academic medical centers, and integrated health systems Build strategic relationships with executive stakeholders and key opinion leaders Drive growth through complex account planning, contract implementation, and consultative solution selling Collaborate cross-functionally with sales leadership, clinical teams, and internal partners to execute territory strategy Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities Manage a large geographic territory with regular client-facing travel What We’re Looking For 5+ years of successful healthcare, diagnostics, biotech, or oncology sales experience Experience calling on major cancer centers, health systems, oncology networks, or GPOs Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics, oncology workflows, and reimbursement landscapes Proven ability to sell complex solutions to executive-level decision makers Demonstrated history of quota attainment and revenue growth Exceptional communication, presentation, and strategic account management skills Preferred Background Experience in oncology diagnostics, precision medicine, genomics, or healthcare technology Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred This is an opportunity to join an innovative organization operating at the intersection of healthcare, data, and advanced diagnostics technology. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kester Search Group, LLC ®
