Job Title: Pharmacy Tech at Lincare Join us to apply for the Pharmacy Tech role at Lincare . This employee works in both clerical and distribution roles as needed. Responsibilities: Obtain complete and accurate documentation for prescription fulfillment and billing. Communicate with customers to answer questions and refill medications and supplies. Prepare and process customer orders accurately and timely. Medical Clerical Duties: Review and enter confirmation of orders and medical documentation for dispensing RXs and billing for pharmacy and Medicare. Generate and fax confirmation of orders to providers for approval. Communicate with providers regarding required documentation. Follow up daily with providers for documentation. Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers. Enter and verify customer demographic information. Troubleshoot customer account issues such as package tracking and prescription questions. Distribution/Shipping Duties: Prepare boxes for shipment, including taping and labeling. View and process customer orders in the computerized system. Pick, package, and label medications and equipment. Stock workstations and prepare packages for shipment using shipping systems. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
