Qualifications:

• Valid Arkansas Occupational Therapist License (required)
• Previous school-based OT experience is highly desirable
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Ability to design and implement effective interventions for students with diverse needs
• Passion for fostering student progress and positive school experiences

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students to determine therapy goals and document progress
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
• Support students’ participation in academic and functional classroom activities
• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services in classroom settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
• Maintain accurate records in adherence with state and district standards
