Retail Sales Lead: Coaching & Customer Experience

KnitWell Group is hiring a Sales Lead for the Ann Taylor brand location in Shrewsbury, NJ. The role focuses on delivering personalized customer experiences and guiding associates to achieve exceptional service while supporting store functions and omnichannel shopping.
Ideal candidates have 6+ months of retail sales experience (preferred) and some management experience. The position requires tech proficiency with a POS system and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
