Overview

• Entry-level position supporting daily operations, implementations, expansions, and administration of customer accounts across an assigned operational area.
• Work location varies daily within Denver, CO. Daily driving to assigned locations is required.
• Responsible for providing customer support at external customer/client facilities and adapting to varying industries, locations, and business needs.
• May be required to support multiple locations for vacations, absences, training, implementations, service expansions, or other operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and all contracted services at customer accounts within the assigned geographical area.
• Provide operational support at various customer locations, including mailroom operations, shipping and receiving, fleet management, reproduction center and finishing tasks, hospitality and reception services, and conference room setup and support.
• Assist with new customer account implementations and service expansions.
• Assist management with process improvements, procedural testing, validation, and compliance with operational best practices.
• Assist with onboarding new team members and cross-training peers.
• Develop, maintain, and review Site Procedure Guides for accuracy and compliance.
• Share best practices throughout the assigned geographical area.
• Maintain knowledge of all contracted services within assigned customer accounts and support job scheduling.
• Perform daily visual inspections of site services and customer safety compliance.
• Provide feedback regarding the site experience through surveys or other required methods to improve customer experience.
• Cover onsite resources, including site management, during absences and vacations.
• Travel to and from various customer accounts and provide, execute, and support required services.
• Create and maintain a customer-focused environment.
• Support customer satisfaction by engaging end-user feedback.
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer and end-user communications.
• Escalate customer issues to management and support resolution through completion.
• Collect data and support the completion of Monthly Operations Reviews using required tools and methods.
• Maintain and accurately submit monthly expenses in a timely manner using proper coding requirements.
• Report to alternate locations when required, including locations that may require additional walking, driving, transportation, or commute time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma plus 12 months of related work experience required.
• Post-high-school education is encouraged and preferred.
• Professional, energetic, organized, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Strong customer service, communication, note-taking, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain positive, productive relationships with coworkers.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations with flexibility, high motivation, and a sense of urgency.
• Basic math skills and sound judgment for making justifiable decisions and solving problems.
• Ability to perform repetitive work and continuously execute different tasks according to established procedures, sequence, or pace while maintaining quality and output standards.
• Ability to understand written and verbal customer instructions and effectively communicate them to site resources.
• Ability to resolve customer-related issues and troubleshoot and coordinate problem resolution.
• Working knowledge of account services to facilitate job scheduling.
• Intermediate skill level with common software applications, Microsoft applications, computers, file and folder management, and navigating network production folders.
• Frequent local car travel and reliable personal transportation required.
• May require a valid, violation-free driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage.
• Must be able to cover multiple locations in one day and accounts approximately 40-50 miles away when business needs require.
• Use of customer or company vehicles is not permitted.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.; assistance is available for heavier items.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stretch, climb, and perform similar activities for extended periods.
• Ability to push or pull machines on wheels weighing up to 400 lbs. when required for repairs.
• Walking between buildings may be necessary.
• Moderate dexterity required, including use of calculators, keyboards, and hand tools, with appropriate eye/hand coordination.
• Close vision is required.
• Ability to work in an office or warehouse environment with adequate lighting and ventilation and normal temperature and noise levels.
• Work assignments may require interpreting, comprehending, and applying complex materials, data, and instructions and preparing, providing, and conveying diversified information.
• Working conditions may regularly expose employees to conditions that could result in minor cuts.
• Schedule flexibility required. Most assignments are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, but some locations may open as early as 6:00 AM, close at 7:00 PM or later, operate on weekends, or have varying schedules.
• Parking may not be free at all locations; reimbursement is available when applicable.
