Head of Technical Product - North America

Exciting opportunity to join a leading global Tier 1 BESS Supplier as their Technical Product Head for North America. This role is for a true technical product leader with hands‑on experience building utility‑scale BESS products, with direct involvement in 0 to 1 product development. It is positioned as a Technical Product Head for the North America market, responsible for product ownership and technical direction of utility‑scale energy storage systems. This is a technical product leadership role, not a commercial or GTM role. The focus is on defining products, guiding technical direction, and working closely with global R&D teams. Key Requirements Hands‑on experience developing utility‑scale BESS products, preferably in the 5 MWh class or similar. Direct involvement in 0 to 1 product development, including product definition, architecture, and launch. Strong technical depth in battery systems, PCS, EMS, and system integration. Ability to engage deeply with R&D teams and challenge technical decisions at the architecture level. Proven experience owning product decisions rather than supporting or translating requirements. Experience building and owning energy storage products at a system level and influencing R&D decisions.
