• Extrusion Mills

• Robot Machine Tenders

• Parts Washing Machines

MACHINE COMPONENTS & SUB SYSTEMS:

--- Multi-Axis Linear and Rotary Motion Mechanisms

--- Programmable Logic Controllers - PLCs

--- Human Machine Interfaces - HMIs

--- Digital Displays

--- Actuators

--- Sensors

--- Machine Vision Systems

--- High speed motors

--- Servos

--- Gearboxes, Rollers, Bearings, etc.

Responsibilities include:

• Assembly and installation.

• Customization using additional components.

• Troubleshooting and commissioning.

• Maintenance scheduling and repairs.

• Tool calibration and machine programming.

• Customer staff training.

Requires a working knowledge of: mechanical machinery; electrical components; pneumatics; hydraulics; sensors, actuators, and motion controls; machine programming (PLC's); blueprints and mechanical diagrams.
