Full-Time Substance Abuse Testing Specialist

Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC), a Women's Business Enterprise providing nationwide occupational medical and risk-management services, is seeking a Full-time Admin / Substance Abuse Testing Specialist for our Kansas City, MO location. This is an in-person role requiring strong administrative and data-entry skills. Drug/alcohol testing experience is a plus (training/certification provided).

Schedule

6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Monday-Friday

What You'll Do

• Customer relations with building trades and contractor associations
• Support Labor Management with:
  • Scheduling and creating testing authorizations
  • Tracking and reporting test results
  • Sending annual/random notifications
  • Uploading documents to external platforms

Qualifications

• Ability to collect breath, urine, and oral-fluid tests (preferred)
• Experience managing programs/vendors/clients (preferred)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• High school diploma or GED
