Process Engineer

Responsibilities Design and plan layout for material-processing/manufacturing operations. Plan sequence of operations and specify procedures for building products. Provide services, troubleshoot and solve production process/equipment problems. Provide feedback/recommendations to leadership as appropriate. Develop, modify, apply and maintain quality standards and protocol for processing materials into partially finished or finished materials/products. Collaborate with other engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place. Devise and implement methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment. Ensure that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards, and that documentation is compliant with requirements. Must be competent in the use of SolidWorks CAD. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Technical Degree in Machine Build/Assembly field. Must be competent in the use of SolidWorks CAD. Understands designs and plans layout for material-processing/manufacturing operations. Understands processing requirements in designing and acquiring processing equipment. Strong problem solving and analytical skills in areas of process engineering and machine trouble shooting. Benefits Attractive compensation package.
