Medical Assistant
Conviva Senior Primary Care
Conviva Senior Primary Care seeks a caring Medical Assistant to support physicians in delivering coordinated, value-based care for adults 65+. Responsibilities include rooming patients, obtaining vitals, documenting histories, assisting with exams and procedures, administering injections, performing basic lab tests, managing EKGs, and supporting care coordination and referrals. The Medical Assistant also provides patient education on chronic conditions and wellness programs, maintains exam rooms and supplies, and upholds infection control and safety standards in a compassionate, team-oriented environment focused on seniors’ health and independence.
