Are you a customer-focused professional with a passion for helping people find their perfect home? We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Apartment Leasing Specialist to join our team and maintain our vibrant apartment communities across the Valley; covering North West Valley, South West Valley, Phoenix, Downtown Phoenix, North East Valley South East Valley!

This role is all about creating a positive first impression, providing exceptional service, and building a welcoming community for both future residents and current residents.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leasing & Sales: Lead engaging property tours, highlight the best features of our community, and walk prospects through the leasing process with ease.

Resident Support: Handle inquiries, lease applications, renewals, and service requests whether it’s by phone, email, or face-to-face.

Tech Savvy: Utilize leasing software like Yardi, AppFolio, CRM or different UC systems to manage resident and applicant information efficiently.

Stay Compliant: Ensure all leasing activities align with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.

Team Player: Collaborate with the team to meet occupancy goals and contribute to an exceptional resident experience.

 

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: At least 6 months of property management leasing experience (required).

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Tech Skills: Familiarity with Yardi, AppFolio, or similar leasing platforms (preferred).

Certifications: Up-to-date Fair Housing Certification (within the past 2 years is required).

Availability: Must be available to work weekends as needed.

Transportation: Reliable transportation is a must.

Bonus Pay: Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply!
