About the Role:
Join ROBERTS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY as a Housekeeper and play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our construction sites. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and contribute to our reputation for excellence in Phoenix, AZ.
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of construction site facilities.
- Ensure all areas are kept tidy and organized, including restrooms and break rooms.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing attention.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Adapt to various tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and safety protocols.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
