About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Product for AI Learning and Enablement. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the product strategy for an AI enablement portfolio, with a focus on learning architecture, capability frameworks, and delivery models. This role involves owning the full product lifecycle, from vision and roadmap to pilot, iteration, and scaled deployment with enterprise clients. The VP of Product will also be tasked with building assessment and measurement systems that link learning outcomes to real workforce capability and business impact, as well as driving commercial performance, including pricing, packaging, revenue growth, and enterprise adoption. Applicants for the VP of Product position at the company should have a proven track record in product management, particularly in the context of AI and enterprise learning. The role requires the ability to lead cross-functional teams in global, distributed environments and to operate with executive-level influence. The ideal candidate will have experience in shaping how enterprises build and apply AI capability, with a focus on driving measurable business impact.
