Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Fabricator/Welder for a hands-on production position in Stayton, OR. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with fabrication or welding experience who takes pride in quality workmanship, workplace safety, and developing their skills.
Job Responsibilities
Experience reading fabrication drawings, operating power tools and material-handling equipment, or holding FCAW/WABO certifications is a plus.
Work Environment

Job Responsibilities
- Fabricate, position, align, and fit metal components using blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Perform steel fabrication and welding tasks based on experience and training.
- Operate fabrication equipment, including grinders, band saws, drills, welders, press brakes, and CNC equipment.
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Properly use and maintain tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Previous welding or metal fabrication experience required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable with reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn new skills and participate in cross-training.
- Ability to perform physical work, including standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting 50-100 pounds.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and follow safety procedures.
