Job Summary

UCHealth Medical Group and the Urology group are ready to welcome a board-eligible/certified general urology and URPS trained Urogynecologist to their team in Colorado Springs, CO. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, interested in working full-time and focused on excellent patient care. Key Qualifications & Features

• Formal training in urology as well as Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery (URPS) or Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS).
• Part of a growing team including 8 urologists and 6 APPs in a collegial, supportive team atmosphere.
• Incredible support staff and state-of-the-art equipment at two hospitals in the Southern Colorado region.
• Dedicated block time on the da Vinci XI surgical robot.
• High volume and high producing urology group.
• 1:8 general urology call supported by experienced team of urologists.
• EPIC EMR utilized system-wide.

Compensation & Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package including a pay range of $500,000-$556,000 annually. If applicable, a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered. Relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates. Paid malpractice. Generous continuing medical education (CME) allowance. 403(b) with employer matching contribution; 457(b) voluntary option if eligible.
