About the Role
The Company is in search of a Regulatory Reporting Associate / Vice President to join its Compliance Department. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring, and testing of the firm's control environment, ensuring that the company operates as a responsible fiduciary and complies with all relevant regulatory and industry rules. Key responsibilities for this role include assisting in the preparation and submission of all regulatory reports, coordinating data for various reports to U.S. and foreign regulators, and developing internal processes related to the firm's filing obligations. The role also involves staying updated on global regulatory developments and enhancing processes for transaction reporting data. Applicants should have an undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or computer science, with a preference for those with experience in major shareholder and other regulatory filings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory reporting, particularly with derivatives transaction reporting, and experience with EMIR, SFTR, and other global reporting regimes. Proficiency in Excel and Bloomberg is required, and knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus. The role demands an intelligent, energetic, and goal-oriented individual who is well-organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills to collaborate with senior management and various departments within the firm.
